Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Refined Inspection Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, training courses, consulting services, and NDT Gym facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Refined Inspection Services provides:

• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) training courses and certification preparation
• API certification preparation courses
• ASNT Level III consulting services
• NDT Gym facilities for hands-on practice and OJT hours
• Custom training programs for organizations
• Field inspection and quality assurance services

Course Registration and Payment

Registration

To register for courses, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made through our payment plan options. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved financing through our partners.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Students may receive a refund or reschedule their course for the next available date, provided they have not already rescheduled and submit their cancellation request within 72 hours of the scheduled start date.
• The director reserves the right to allow rescheduling if extenuating circumstances caused the cancellation.
• If Refined must cancel a course due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued or credit applied toward a future course.
• Refunds for materials (books, tools, supplies) are handled separately from tuition refunds.

NDT Gym Terms

Use of NDT Gym facilities is subject to the following conditions:

• Members must follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE as required.
• OJT hours earned at our facility must be reviewed and approved by your employer's Level III per their written practice.
• Refined NDT holds no responsibility for specific training requirements (equipment, codes, etc.) that may be required by your employer.
• Equipment must be used responsibly and in accordance with provided instructions.
• Membership fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our training materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of Refined Inspection Services or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

User Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of exam materials and proprietary content
• Respect the rights and dignity of instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Follow all safety guidelines and facility rules
• Not engage in any form of academic dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Certification and Credentials

While we provide training and preparation for NDT certifications, actual certification is granted by the relevant certification bodies (ASNT, API, etc.) or by your employer in accordance with applicable standards (SNT-TC-1A, CP-189, NAS-410, etc.). Completion of our courses does not guarantee certification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refined Inspection Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through our services

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Refined Inspection Services, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
